The following guidelines are designed to guarantee you the best service possible based upon 35 years of banquet hospitality.

Parties of 18 or more are required to utilize this format of service:

  • The "format of service" for a banquet event is designed for you. This allows the service to be seamless as you enjoy your event. We find that customers who use this format with large events tend to have a better experience due to the pace that we set for the event and thus allowing everyone to participate equally in their dining experience.

  • After reading these guidelines, simply choose a menu plan located on the Banquet Menu Page of this web site. It is that easy. Our banquet plans have been designed to allow you flexibility in planning your event. Whether it is a quick luncheon for your department or an elaborate dinner for a group of out of town executives; our banquet plans will provide the best in service and cuisine.

  • The number of guests attending must be guaranteed at least 48 hours in advance. There will be a $75.00 fee assessed for every no show unaccounted for during dinner and weekend events and a $50.00 fee assessed for every no show for lunch events. Please keep the lines of communication open in order to provide you and your guests the best possible service from our staff.

  • You may choose to bring in your own wine for your event.  Our banquet corkage fee is $25.00 per 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne.  Magnums or larger bottles will be charged on a prorated basis.

    If you choose to bring in your own dessert, please discuss with your banquet coordinator the options available for your event.

  • Payment in full will be due upon completion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash or business checks for payment.

Semi-Private Dining Rooms

Sundance offers three distinct semi-private dining rooms for your dining experience. Each room is named after a specific wine-growing appellation in the Napa Valley. Our manager will assign a room to your event based upon your head count. Depending on business levels, upgrades can be arranged. 



The Stag's Leap Room
Accommodates 8-12 guests.



The Silverado Trail Room
Accommodates 13-18 guests.


The Alexander Valley Room
Accommodates 19-30 guests.
Please note that this room may be subjected to minimum charges.


Time Limits & Minimum Charges

Our largest room, The Alexander Valley Room is subjected to special time limits & minimum charges.

Reservations at 5 pm through 6 pm:  Two and half hour time limit will apply.  If you would lilke to utilize the space for a time period in excess of two and half hours, a minimum charge of $1,900.00 will apply to your event.

Reservations at 6:30 through 7:00 pm:  No time limit, however a minimum charge of $1,900.00 will be required to utilize this room.

Reservations at 7:30 or later:  No time limit & no minimum charges will apply.

The minimum charge does not include sales tax or gratuity. 

Additionally, if you have an event that is smaller than 19 people and would like to upgrade to the Alexander Room, the minimum charge of $1,900.00 will apply to your event and you will not be subjected to any time limitations.  If this interests you, please discuss this option with our banquet coordinator or the manager handling your event.
